For over 40 years, the Mises Institute has stood as the world's leading organization promoting the work of Ludwig von Mises, Murray Rothbard, and the tradition of the Austrian school of economics. What began with Lew Rockwell's vision to ensure that these great minds would not be forgotten became an intellectual home for scholars, professionals, and students seeking to understand and promote the ideas necessary to ensure peace and prosperity. With the support of our incredible donors, what started as humble office and a fax machine grew to a beautiful campus across from Auburn University, touching the lives of millions around the world through our publishing, digital content, and our student programs.
To celebrate the efforts of all of those responsible for the success of the Mises Institute, we have commissioned the creation of a limited-edition magnet depicting our Auburn campus. Built in 1998, our beautiful building is a celebration of the intellectual heroes that came before us, our supporters that are essential to our efforts, and an incubator for developing future great minds in the Misesian tradition.
The Mises Institute magnet will serve as a constant reminder to, in the spirit of Mises, never give into evil, but proceed ever more boldly against it.
