The Red Mises T-shirt has long been one of our best sellers, but the call was heard for a new design and for a new fitted style. Many ideas were considered, then Dan McCall of Liberty Maniacs sent us this amazing depiction of Mises in his prime. There was no question this was the design to print. Fellows at LvMI chose a quote that distills Mises' belief that ideas rule the world, and that the prospects of civilization depend on the formulation and communication of sound economics: "Both force and money are impotent against ideas."

i dig it

I think its cool.  The first reviewer has a point, I do think that the quote could be better.  I think its funny that people would confuse it with hitler, I wear the hayak one a lot and people have confused it with Hitler several times, but I don't see that as bad.  It gives me a chance to tell them who it really is.

You can do better

Guys,I want to give you my money, but you have to help.  "Both force and money are impotent against ideas" is something anyone could had said.  How about "Socialism is Death" or something like that.  

The same goes for the red shirt.  "Tu Ne Cede Malis," is something anybody could have said that.  

Give us a good Mises quote singular to him, not some quote used in passing.

New T-shirt picture problems

I think the graphics are tremendous, but fear too many will take Mr. Mises depiction as a rendering of Hitler.  Thinking about an initial glance from a approaching person and it's easy to imagine many will think this is Hitler.  The name is written in an obscure enogh fashion that it is difficult to tie the name with the image.  Sorry, but I think it's a reality that needs to be considered.  I would never wear this.
